Placing and sizing heat transfer vinyls can be tough but nailing your placement and size can make your design look more professional.
We are happy to share with you some guidelines on how to place and size your heat transfer vinyls!

FRONT (Normal square design)

Create a center line and measure down 5 cm from the neckline along the vertical crease.
Suggested sizes: 20 x 20 cm

ACROSS CHEST (Horizontal Design)

Center the design in the upper chest area, and place it above the armpit line.
Suggested sizes: 10 x 25 cm

LEFT/RIGHT CHEST

Draw two imaginary lines. The vertical line will start just off the side of the collar. The horizontal line will start at the armpit seam. Where these two lines meet is where the design should be placed.
Suggested sizes: 9 x 9 cm

LEFT/RIGHT VERTICAL

Take the left (or right) end of the collar as a reference to center the design, then experimenting with different heights. This placement is ideal for vertical graphics consisting of letters.
Suggested sizes: 30 x 10 cm

LEFT/RIGHT SLEEVE

Center the design on the sleeve area. If the design is wide,  make sure the design is aligned horizontally.
Suggested sizes: 8.5 x 8.5 cm

LOCKER PATCH

Place the design using the central vertical fold as a reference. Measure down 4 cm from the center of the neckline.
Suggested sizes: 10 x 10 cm
